PerformUp

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026 · Draft — to be finalised before public launch.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data PerformUp (“we”, “us”) collects through the website performup.eu, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are committed to handling your data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is the entity operating PerformUp.

To complete: legal entity name, legal form, registered address, registration number (SIRET/RCS), VAT number. We will insert these once available.

Contact for any privacy question: contact@performup.eu.

2. What data we collect

Usage & analytics data. When you browse the site, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our pages. This includes pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP, not stored in full), device and browser type, referring source, and interactions such as clicking a “Book a Free Call” button.

Booking data. When you book a discovery call, scheduling is handled by Calendly. The information you provide there (such as your name, email and chosen time slot) is processed by Calendly on our behalf.

Direct contact. If you email us, we receive the content of your message and your email address.

3. Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to measure audience and performance. These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

A cookie consent banner is in place: Google Analytics is loaded only after the visitor gives consent, and is not loaded at all if consent is declined.

4. How we use your data

We use the data above to operate and improve the website, measure which content and channels are useful, and schedule and follow up on the calls you request. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Sharing with third parties

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Google (analytics) and Calendly (scheduling). Each has its own privacy policy — see Google and Calendly.

6. Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes above.

To complete: specific retention periods (e.g. analytics 14 months, booking/contact data X months).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and portability, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact contact@performup.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
