Who is PerformUp for?

PerformUp is built for ambitious students aiming for Europe's most selective business schools and universities. Whether you're applying for a Bachelor's or a Master in Management, we have a tailored program that meets you where you are.

What does "Admitted or Refunded" mean?

It's a two-way commitment. We invest fully in getting you admitted, and you commit to the process: attending every coaching session, completing the prep work, following our recommendations, and meeting every deadline. If you hold up your end and still don't get admitted to any of your target schools, we refund your coaching fees. This shared accountability is why our admission rate stays above 92%.

What makes you different from other coaching firms?

Most coaching firms hire generalists and run the same playbook for every student. We do the opposite: we work with former admission jury members from the very schools you're applying to (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, INSEAD, LBS, Oxford, and more), and we tailor every step of the journey to your profile, your background, and your target schools. They've sat on the other side of the table and know exactly what gets an application admitted, and what gets it rejected. Combined with a limited cohort, a dedicated mentor, and end-to-end ownership from tests to interviews, that's the unfair advantage we bring to every application.

How long does the preparation take?

It depends on your starting point and target schools, but most students work with us for 4 to 8 months. The ideal timeline starts 12 months before your application deadlines: 3 to 4 months for test prep (GMAT, GRE, or Tage Mage), 2 to 3 months for application building (CV, essays, recommendations), and 1 to 2 months for interview preparation. We also support intensive timelines for late starters, with crash formats designed to maximize impact in as little as 2 months.

Do you help with scholarships?

Yes, and it's a core part of what we do. 1 out of 2 of our students secures financial aid through our process. We help you identify every funding opportunity you're eligible for (merit-based scholarships, need-based aid, external grants), build a strong scholarship application alongside your school file, and negotiate offers when relevant. Our job doesn't end at admission, it ends when you've secured the best possible financial package.
